Benefits of Carbon

Carbon is a very abundant element. It exists in pure or nearly pure forms – such as diamonds and graphite – but can also combine with other elements to form molecules. These carbon-based molecules are the basic building blocks of humans, animals, plants, trees and soils.

Benefits of Silica

  • Enhance over all plant Mechanical strength and formation of outer protective layer promotes more upright canopy, resulting in greatest photosynthesis.
  • SI helps to soil PH adjustment by improving soil microorganism inoculant.
  • Increased resistance to pests.
  • Enhanced K, P and Ca Intake.
  • Reduce lodging.
  • Improve resistance to plant lodging due to great stalk strength.
  • SI strengthens cell walls, improving structural strength of stalks, roots and leaves.
  • Helps to tolerate drought stress and salt stress.
  • Increase resistance to strong wind and rain.

Nano nutrient FOLIAR SPRAY

We, at AMR foundation promote Nano nutrient FOLIAR SPRAY which has been patented by the Indian Govt. This Nano nutrient Foliar Spray helps to convert degraded land (by usage of chemical fertilizer) back to fertile land suitable for Organic cultivation without affecting the yield with minimum cost.

Plants need about 13 mineral nutrients from the soil in water dispersible ionic form. The Foliar spray is a nano nutrient with 12 essential nutrients loaded on nano silica. The nutrients are Iron, Manganese, Zinc, Copper, Cobalt, Boron, Molybdenum, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Phosphorous, and Sulfur. This is the only product available in the world that has all micronutrients in the nanoform available as a single product. When our product sprayed on to plants it is absorbed through the stomata openings of the leaves and is lodged onto the chlorophyll. This package of nutrients boosts photosynthesis of all plants.

For efficient photosynthesis to happen all the nutrients have to be made available to the leaf surface. During photosynthesis in plants, light energy is captured which converts water, carbon dioxide (CO2), minerals and Oxygen into liquid organic carbon. This liquid organic carbon is the food for soil microorganisms present in the root zone. The microorganisms grow well and do bio mining and deliver nutrients in the ionic form to the plants.

How do the soil microorganisms know what nutrients to be delivered to the plants?

The liquid carbon produced by the plant leaves is the main food for the symbiotic micro-organisms present in the soil roots. These microorganisms in-turn help in nourishing the plant with all nutrients.

For every nutrient required they send a particular amino acid that tells the microorganisms to deliver a particular nutrient and the quantity. The microorganisms hunt for the nutrient and comply with the order from the plant. This maintains the balance in the amount of nutrients in the plant i.e., No surplus or No shortage!

The microbes do nitrogen fixing, solubilizing P, K and other minerals. If liquid carbon exudates are reduced then the availability of essential minerals, trace elements, vitamins and hormone are restricted. These affect plant tolerance to environmental stresses such as frost, drought, resistance to insects, diseases and translate to lower nutritional value of food. The current productivity has remained static and costs have ballooned and it is no longer profitable to do farming.

If the soil is highly degraded it can be revived by introducing beneficial soil microorganisms. These microorganisms are similar to trillions of factories in the soil supplying nutrients to the plants.

Mode of application:

The foliar spray disperses into nano particles in water and stays as such without gelling or precipitation and can tolerate pH ranging from 4 to 11. This has to be sprayed on to crops directly as foliar spray. This product cannot be used for soil application, since the soil ions react with the nano particles making it unstable. Hence it has to be used only as a foliar spray.

Since Nano nutrients foliar spray is universal for all crops, even without soil analysis or other studies the farmer can reap very good benefits by spraying in proper interval of days.

Nano nutrients foliar spray has been tested for several crops including bananas, mangoes, sapota, ginger, chilly, tomatoes, maize, wheat, rice, potatoes, cotton, roses, sericulture, coffee, etc.

When Nano nutrients Foliar Spray is sprayed on to the leaf top, all the nutrients are absorbed and within a few days significant changes are seen. The leaves become dark green, broader and thicker in size, a shine is seen on the leaves, and the plant growth is faster. Photosynthesis is boosted and the growth phase is triggered and the plant is able to absorb water and balancing nutrients from the soil more efficiently. Exudates from the plant helps boost microbial population in the soil that ensures Nitrogen fixing, solubilizing all minerals etc. Drought tolerance is also observed to have improved. The plant is able to withstand the extremities of the weather. There is greater resistance to pest attack. Progressively the requirements of inorganic fertilizers are reduced/eliminated.

Inference:

We believe that nano nutrient based foliar spray helps the healthy growth of plants leading to higher yields in farming. It is quite likely that application of foliar spray on a mass scale can make a significant impact on the agriculture.

Disadvantages of application of fertilizers through broadcasting in soil:

i) Nutrients cannot be fully utilized by plant roots, i.e., only 5 to 15% reaches the plant as they move laterally over long distances. For the trace elements this percentage is often even lower, sometimes not even 1%.

ii) The weed growth is stimulated all over the field.

iii) Inorganic fertilizers tend to lower soil pH, making it more acidic.  Inorganic fertilizers do not contribute to enhance soil structure. If only inorganic fertilizer is used, the structure of the soil will degrade.

iv) Uptake of nutrients by the roots may be impaired due to low temperatures, water logging, nematodes, or other reasons.

v) Inorganic micro nutrients added to the soil get oxidized/reacts with other ions and form insoluble precipitates thereby making them unavailable for plants.

Vi) The nitrates, phosphates and potassium added to soil get leached out into the waters affecting lakes, rivers, and underground waters.

Solution to the problems: Foliar Spray

The solution to all of these lies in the use of NANONUTRIENTS Foliar fertilization. The new technology will be cheaper, give better productivity without degradation of the land. Foliar fertilization is not dependent on the soil and therefore offers a viable alternative. , reduce the requirement of nonrenewable natural resources, and can be applied universally for all crops and regions of the globe

Benefit of Foliar Spray:

i) Foliar fertilization of crops offers specific advantages over soil-applied fertilizers, because the nutrients are applied and taken-up directly by their target organs, providing a specific and rapid response. Often the soil with its chemical, physical and biological complexity acts as a barrier and a buffering medium.

ii) A relatively small amount of fertilizers will lead to a dramatic improvement and will get the crops to optimal growth curves, offering a beneficial complementary nutrition.

iii)Foliar sprays are fast acting and effective for treat in nutrient deficiencies.

iv) Foliar nutrition stimulates root development.

v) The total absorption capacity of the root system therefore increases. The plant will be able to absorb more water and nutrients because it reaches a larger volume of soil. As a result, the plant uses the reserves in the soil and the fertilizers more efficiently. The nutrition of your plants is more balanced and therefore increases the yield.

A small investment leads to big results. Learn more about foliar feeding and how to use it to.

Foliar spraying for grow boosters and stimulants Studies have shown that foliar feeding is as much as 95% effective. This means plants take in almost all nutrients administered by spray, while they uptake a smaller percentage when fed through the soil.
